Who we are

Elevate Talent Success is led by Nadia Criticos Marinho, a registered Industrial Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (PS 0149373).

Nadia holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology, combining advanced academic training with over 7 years of practical, real-world experience across HR consulting, organisational development, engagement and employee relations.

With a strong foundation in the software development industry and a genuine passion for technology, Nadia brings a unique perspective to her work. She actively integrates AI and digital solutions into her practice — from designing and implementing HR AI workflows to enabling teams to adopt new technologies — helping organisations work smarter, more efficiently, and with greater impact.

She brings together psychological science, commercial insight, and technological innovation to support organisations through complex people challenges — from sensitive employee relations matters and recruitment decisions to leadership development and organisational change.

As an Industrial Psychologist, Nadia understands that sustainable performance begins with people: how they are led, how they are supported, and how they experience their workplace.
